The “Cross-media” has been already in media circles of the buzzwords. However, the “cross-platform” story telling ability is an unprecedented important skill in the contemporary society. The “Cross-media” storytelling is a story or experience split into multiple media platforms.Therefore each medium for the whole story to make a unique contribution. Dowd (2015) explains that transmedia has many definitions, some of them new, some of them legacy and some of them based in non-storytelling mediums, such as marketing, merchandising, and advertising.

The resistance of cross-media resistance is an important concern to limit the promotion. Whenever you cross to another platform, this power will reduce your various indicators of transmedia. The presence of resistance is because the audiences do not always want to spend their effort on the media and they do not want to think. Reflection of With-Children

During this times presentation in our group of With-children.We have noticed that the other group’s topic are more interesting than our group.Some of the projects are really inspired me, the website page, the video, and the music are quite fantastic. Before watched the other group’s presentation. I though we are doing quite well. However, after that, I have considered a lot. Why our group’s project are not enough good work? I will analyze it one by one.

The first problem is that we do not have enough shot at the school in our video. If we allow shooting the little girl named Layan play or study at the class with her classmates that would make our video more interesting. Furthermore, one of the biggest problems is that our video is a little bit too dark, especially the light does not on the two girls faces. We are trying to make it brighter after shooting. However, it just makes the picture looks like over exposure. In my opinion, this is because we do not have enough light for the indoor shooting. At next time we should ensure we got enough light during the period of shooting and make the key light at the right position and make the backlight to separate the girl’s body with the background.”And choosing the best light intensity and angle to avoid also any shadows of the solid materials and reducing the number of pre-processes needed before the transformation into black and white photo. The most important issue is that, the selected camera position and light intensity and angle must be the same for all the experiments, where this will make the initial batch processes for large number of photos are much easier and precisely.”Mohamed(2017)

Next, the other problems are that our website page similar to ppt work. even we spend lot of time on it. When we were created website page one of the biggest problems is that we do not have enough picture of the protagonist of Lyann. Then course a problem is we use some pictures from google search picture.

Furthermore, we separated the work, and then we do it individually. We were though it was really good, it might save more time and work. After that, our project of video website just considers and work by individual opinion.When one person finished the work other people give their opinion of the video or website. We have not considered that we should work together for insurance our job well down and better.All of us should be participated in the whole project. Not just doing it separately. Because group work is a power to collect all the mentality and opinions together.

By the end of 2005, Chinese people may raise money through friends such as walking fundraising and sold home textiles. If you want to raise money, you may turn to friends, family and colleagues for help.

Today, social media has changed the way of raising funds. With the rise of Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites, you can raise money for the wider masses for the favorite good. However, I would like to introduce one of  Chinese donation social app Wechat.

Companies are active on social networks and want to build better relationships with others by doing charity events. These companies use social media to take a series of methods to engage with nonprofit organizations for customers. It can be clarified by a case that fundraising not only can increasing the companies reputation but also can assist the people who want to help.”Our mission is to make it easy for everyone to do good, and turn social media into a socially responsible place that makes every social networker a philanthropist contributing to global good,” said co-founder, Mia Rajkovic.

Chen (2016) says: In 2014, online charity platforms run by Tencent, Alipay, and Sina contributed to an upsurge in donations totaling more than RMB 100 billion. On of the social media app, Wechat has a function which is Tencent Charity. It is efficient, convenient and low-cost means of communication to help public organizations to complete small solicitation, and the implementation of the project feedback to the donor, to achieve public welfare closed-loop and establishment of the public sector of the trust chain.WeChat public number can be established public service fund-raising platform, display public projects, feedback project progress. lecture 8-Digital landscape-Contemporary Media work practice

Motion capture makes our life more interesting. This technology has been used in many areas, it not only shows progressive in the field of scientific research but also in the entertainment field, such as games and film aspect are used a lot, The is mainly on human action records.

In the movie area, Deutscher(2000) illustrates that a markerless system of human motion capture could be run using conventional cameras and without the use of special apparel or other equipment. Firstly, the actor put on a set of professional clothes to capture the action. The clothes are generally made by matte material, and then according to the needs of the action add the corresponding reflective point at the body. Commonly, the body covered with white spots which is one of the optical capture methods. The camera connected to the computer’ software which it has a set of the accurate computing system. Moreover, throughing the camera acquisition, it can calculate the trajectory of each flash point accurately. These trajectories of the points source will be records and then it will match to the corresponding model of the bones. Finally, the bones drive the model to move. This will be able to synchronize the model and action the model at the same time. After the computer shooting down, throughING the point source repair, animation interspersed repair, delete frame and other post-processing. This is a series of complex work.

Every action and facial expression are complicated to capture. Actually, the actor of the movement capture also has to perform by the professional actor, they should know how to connect and perform the actions and even the facial expressions, and how to do the effect in front of the lens, similar to the basic film as much as needed.

Lecture 7-Building an App-Contemporary Media Work Practice.

The apps are a pattern of manifestation and carrier of merchandise or business model in nowadays, just as the previous website. In recent years, the importance of mobile Internet and development of mobile hardware cause to the apps are easier to be promoted and contact with the target customer, It can be clarified by a case that the program of We media reading and payment in the app of WeChat is also a good carrier to let the users not only can just chat but also can experience other function.

Building a clear app should understand the core context and filler context as well. The core context is related to a specific task delivery same message. The filler context provides value to the users, for example, communication program. First of all, when we start to build an app, we should edit a context innovatively for the target audiences, make sure about what information we want to deliver to the audiences? and what is the goal that we want to achieve through the information or data in this programs? To satisfy the audiences needing.
